Mr Shopper worst online shopping service ever !!!!

I placed an order for a washing machine on the 16th January , and still awaiting delivery a month later , is this a legit company ???? This feels like a ****. I have sent 5 emails and I haven’t received a response , I have tried to call the contact numbers online , and I haven’t been able to get through , there’s no answer regardless of whether your 1st or 3rd “ call waiting “ There’s absolutely no communication and they have gladly taken my money.
