MR SHOPPER, WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!! DONT USE THIS SITE!!

WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER.. I regret to have ordered from Mr. Shopper without checking reviews, I order Bennet Read Pots on 15th November 15 which was scheduled to be delivered on 21st,there was no delivery, no communication. I tried calling them non stop, sending emails, website chat, whatsapp for days only got hold of one staff who said I will connect you to someone to solve your matter, was placed on hold again for 10 minutes then boom, the call was cut. Few minutes received an email a new email delivery is set to be 8December like really? Order status changed from OUT FOR DELIVERY TO PROCESSING!!! People DON'T BE FOOLED WITH THE FAIRNESS OF THEIR PRICE, Shop from Reliable sites not MR SHOPPER. I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE IF THEY WILL REFUND OR DELIVER MY ORDER.. Or I have been ****med.

My ORDER NUMBER #40615.. I HATE THAT I have to check their website, my emails every now and then with nothing in the end.
