Mr shopper - Worst Experience

Ordered a Christmas present for my son on the 3rd of December. Delivery date was scheduled for 16 December 2020. On the 17th I phoned them 6 times before anyone bothered to answer the phone. Eventually they told me that my order will be shipped in the next 3 to 4 days. It is now the 22nd of December, cannot get through to anyone on the phone after again phoning 6 times and still no delivery.

Please be aware of this site, they do not deliver and I will not make use of them ever again. Now hoping I can get my money back and get my kid a Christmas gift in time. MAJOR DISSATISFACTION
