Mr Shopper worse online shop

Since november 2020 i am still waiting on mr shopper to deliver or refund me. They keep ignoring me no email response no telephone response even their online chat they dont respond I place an order in november 2020 nd nothing in January they contacted me and change the delivery date to the 12 jan 2021 that day came amd still nothing i asked them for a refund since i dont want the product anymore and today is the 1st March 2021 and im still waiting and still being ignored. Its my first time using this online shopping company and it feels like they are ******** me they just took my money now i cant do anything about it.
