Mr Shopper will not deliver or pay back my money

I purchased a fridge from Mr Shopper on the 7th of December 2020, I am yet to receive it. I have asked for my money back, but no one bothers to respond to any of the emails. Very poor service and zero communication. It's a pity I can't rate them 0.
