Mr Shopper - what to do?

I have ordered a gas braai during Black Friday. After numerous attempts to enquire about the delivery, I tried to phone them. Eventually I got through and got a response that they are behind on deliveries due to volumes. Then I started emailing them because they stopped answering phone calls. After several emails I threatened them with legal action. Then suddenly I got a response asking for my banking details for a refund. It has now been several weeks and many emails and no response. This is absolute unacceptable. I dont know what to do to get my R4000 back
