Mr Shopper - Vacuum Cleaner

I am absolutely distraught. Ordered a vacuum cleaner on 6th December 2019, paid online. Said it would be delivered by 21 December. Did not arrive. Could not get hold of them, no matter what source I tried, the online chat is nonexistent as nobody answers you. I finally reached someone on the phone, they said they would expedite the order. I then got an email to say delivery on 11th Jan. Nothing, when I email to find out, they tell me no stock, sorry they will refund my money, and now I wait to see if the refund will come or will I be another victim.
