Mr Shopper - v disappointing service ???

I am very concerned with the type of service received from Mr Shopper as there’s virtually nobody that responds to customer queries despite many contact details provided . I placed an order on the 5 December 2020 and there’s been no response from the company pertaining to whether my order has been shipped or not . Getting hold of their customer query department is such a mission as there is nobody available to respond to queries. I just hope that this is a verified company and not an online store that is advertising for goods that they can’t supply . If the owner of MR Shopper is there , pls can you verify why your company does not respond to customer queries and whether I will be receiving my order placed . If not , pls refund me for the goods ordererd.
