Mr, Shopper USELESS!

Not even worth a star! I have never seen a more *********** bunch of brainless *****s! I placed an order on the 23 December 2020, It has been almost two months and I have not received a single response to any of my emails or calls.

The most enraging fact is that the customer support email requests to use the chat function on the app, the chat line on the app refers you to the email! The customer call line, you wait in a queue for minutes and when it is finally your turn, you get voicemail (which by the way is an American voicemail),

This seems to me like a very deliberate inorganization. Well planned to process payments immediately with no delivery. Makes me wonder how much interest they receive on these amounts.

I've seen reviews where people receive there items months after, I no longer require the products I've ordered, I was forced to buy from somewhere else because I desperately needed the same items. I requested a refund, that doesnt look like its going to happen either.

What do I do know?
