Mr Shopper use extreme caution

Ordered item on 8 Dec with delivery being 21 Dec. I received nothing and when trying to make contact with them it is simply impossible with no answer nor return on mails.

Hi Chris, we are sorry for the bad experience encountered. We are experiencing a high volume of support tickets and sometimes we may get back to you late. What is your order number and I will get someone from customer care to assist you. Should you prefer a refund kindly notify us and we will assist further.

Still to date I have had no response.
