Mr Shopper - Totally useless!

I placed my first order (#411861) with Mr Shopper on 26th Nov 2020. After about 3weeks I received a call to tell me that the goods had been received and I would get a call from a Courier to let me know when delivery would occur. It is now 4th Jan 2021 and I am still waiting for that call. I sent an email to Mr Shopper support service on 21st Dec requesting them to follow up on progress. I received an auto-response 'ticket' advising me of a reply with 8 hours - still waiting! I have reached the conclusion that this company is either a set-up or is no longer trading and I can probably kiss my payment goodbye. The amount doesn't warrant a lawsuit but please take my advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - EVER!!!!
