MR SHOPPER - THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER

I have had the misfortune of dealing with Mr Shopper. I placed an order for a washing machine on the 26th December, I was advised that delivery would be 4th January, the delivery date changed 3 times. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was asked for my banking details which I have sent through 3 times. I have not had the couresty of a response. They are impossible to deal with and I would never ever use them again for anything. To everyone out there give Mr Shopper a very wide berth. On the other hand I have dealt with Loot and Takealot and my experience has been excellent.
