MR SHOPPER THE WORST

Mr Shopper is the worst ever. People please do not buy from them. We ordered a swimming pool in December 2020. Before I made payment I called to find out if they had stock and the consultant said yes they had a lot of stock. We were contacted a week later to say our delivery is delayed with another week and so it went for the past few months. We spent hundreds of rands of airtime to follow up but Mr Shopper knows how to dodge hardworking people. I finally got hold of someone who gave me the info to get my refund ***. I emailed them in Feb for my refund after I was assured it takes 5 days for me to get my money back. I'm still waiting for someone to return my call and cannot get hold of them at all
