Mr shopper the *******

I have placed an order with you on 3 december and the delivery was supposed to take place on 17 December, i am yet to receive my order and its very frustrating because you cant even get through to them on the phone or via email. Mr shopper is a **** thats de*****ed my money. I bought baby nappies and had to go buy another from the store since almost a month later and delivery is yet to be received. Should i be paying for packs of nappies while i have already bought from mr shopper. Whats happens if by the time they decide to deliver the nappies no longer fit the baby. This is nonsense really, what kind of ******* is this.
