Mr Shopper- Take your money but Do Not deliver goods!!

I've placed an order on the 30th Nov 2020 for a ****gy plush grey carpet. They've adjusted my delivery numerous of times and each time nothing was received from them. It is really frustrating. I would have received carpet yesterday but still NO carpeted!!! Each and very time I've phoned the call center I was only able to get an answering machine. I will never ever buy anything from this company again!!!! They are not holding up to their promises!!!
