Mr Shopper sucks

I ordered a fridge on the 12 October 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered on 19 October 2020. When I did no receive the fridge i called and they said there was a delay and i would definitely get it by 23 October. I called again on the 29th and was told that it was the first time they were using that courier and that they would send another courier and delivery would be on 2 November 2020. Today is the 3 November and still no fridge. I struggled to get through when calling the call centre and they ignored my calls until i threatened legal action. The agent called and assured they would sort it out today but he didn't sound very confident. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. By now, the manager should have made contact with me but not a phone call or an email. Disgusting.
