Mr Shopper stay away no communication empty promises cant get my refund back

hi this is a update to my last review i was expecting a order on the 9th December which i paid for on the 29/11/2020 I know that this pandemic has caused issues so when it did not arrive i was happy to give it some grace but as of today 1 march 2021 it still has not been resolved i have asked for a refund sending countless e mails to them but no reply even spoke to the person on chat many times about this but no resolve .personally i have never had any problems ordering online with any other company besides the odd delivery that arrived late but understandable at this time i even got a order from china that i did at the same time and it arrived so there is no excuse from Mr Shopper at all i just want my refund as i already bought the item from elsewhere as it was supposed to be a gift to my daughter of 12 who i did not want to let down also we both bank at the same bank so why has no refund appeared its past the normal refund date
