Mr Shopper should do better

I've been a little disappointed with Mr Shopper lately. In the past, delivery was on time after payment was confirmed. Even with instant payment not requiring bank clearance, shipping and delivery take more than a few days as promised, even if the product is in stock and you don't need to order from the supplier. In the past, they've even sent a discount coupon to their regular customers when they haven't requested it in a while. I think they can do better.
