Mr Shopper shopping disaster

I am dismayed by the service that we're receiving from Mr. Shopper. We put in an order mid Jan, they said they would deliver 26 Jan, a week later they postponed the delivery date to the 2nd of Feb, then again postponed to the 4th Feb. Yesterday on the 4th of February there was no delivery, no communication, when we call their contact number that is written on their website it doesn't go through. It is so frustrating because we spent R23k on items bought, we bought a fridge and currently we don't have a fridge and we're living from hand to mouth because of this totally expensive inconvenience.
