Mr Shopper shocking service

I ordered and paid a pool cleaner on the 3 December 2020. I sent them mails last week to confirm delivery date and Mr Shopper rep**** that they will deliver on the 10 December. Till today 15 December no delivery and they dont answer my mails and they dont answer their telephones. Is this company a ***** or what. I mailed them that if I did not receive my pool cleaner by Monday 14 December they must refund my money. No reply as yet. Damn online shopping is frustrating. Rather go buy your products at the store than dealing with these buffoons.
