Mr Shopper, shocking service, DON'T USE THEM

After placing an order the first week of December i have yet to receive ANY feedback. On the 'track your order' page it says delivered 21 Dec but nothing was delivered. I have called the call Centre atleast 40 x each time it goes to voicemail. The whatsapp line has not been responded to either. Where is my order? I'm FURIOUS with this lack of service. At this stage Mr Shopper has ****** my money.

Will be reporting this to the customer protection services. Completely unacceptable.
