Mr Shopper service is terrible, not getting through on phone, whatsapp or facebook.
My wife bought a printer yesterday on their website, order 44089. This morning the status is cancelled. Trying to get hold of them is an absolute nightmare I tried about 30 times today, I lady called me back asking for the order number after 45 min waiting for her to lookup the order I put the phone down. Please cancel and do a refund asap.

10 Dec 2020, 18:06We are experiencing a number of support tickets and sometimes it takes longer to respond to our customers. The order was confirmed in the morning today around 10 am. After communicating with your wife we await your feedback to proceed with a refund. We apologise for inconvenience caused.

18 Dec 2020, 08:33It is a week since I asked for a refund and everyone is avoiding my calls. People if you have a lot off money that you want to donate please by something from MR shopper. Customer service is non existent and to get hold of them takes nearly the entire day.
