Mr Shopper - Service delivery stinks

Placed an order November 2020. Delivery rescheduled many a times. Still no delivery. I have send emails, tried to call. No one answers the phones or replies to emails. Requested a refund and still no refund. Terrible to advertise a product, take peoples money and then not deliver.
