Mr Shopper ********

My husband ordered a ps4 on the 2nd December 2020, we called them first before ordering to make sure the delivery would be on TIME. We were reassured by Brian from Mr Shopper the delivery would be on or before the date. They had it in stock at the Cape Town branch. Delivery was supposed to be on the 15th December 2020 but till date no delivery, we have called and called and we kept messaging the contact us. We looking for answers, no one replys, one one picks up the calls, emails never answered. The worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. We had to call pay fast and our bank to find a solution. They are ********. THEY ARE THE WORST, PLEASE SHUT YOUR DOORS, STOP ******** INNOCENT PEOPLE. Don't buy anyting from them... I want a Refund as in yesterday... Very disappointed, no customer service at all...
