MR Shopper ****

I placed and order in December and cancelled the order. I have since requested a refund but their communication is terrible. In January I finally got a reply asking if I sent my banking details which I found odd as all other online stores just pass your credit. To Date I have not received any refund nor any communication from Mr Shopper. To top it all the phone number seems non existant as it's never answered.
