Mr Shopper **** – anyone successfully sued them?

Mr Shopper was clearly a ****. The last I heard was an email from Ian Rubenstein. Now they are uncontactable. No goods delivered and no refund forthcoming. Has anyone successfully taken them to court and got their money back?
