MR SHOPPER SA are dubious online ********

MR SHOPPER SA - ADVERTISES online at reasonable prices so one is enticed to order . Everything seems so official , the order is placed and paid for ( PAYPAL ) . Then......... the disappointment begins after the promised delivery date ( say within 10 days ) . ...One just waits and waits then you try contacting them telephonically and you keep on going into a queueing system until you eventually leave a message . But this is a dead end , no one from MR SHOPPER ever calls back . So now you send e-mails and alas no replies again . So eventually in exasperation one goes back onto MR SHOPPERS WEBSITE AND clicks into the ' chat ' , so promises are made that a ' consultant ' will get back . and once again you wait it false hope . MR SHOPPER ADVERTISES ALL SORTS OF THINGS including expensive household appliances . BEWARE they seem to be online ******** !

Mr Shopper SA advertises at good prices but be carefull as after ordering and paying , the delivery takes forever to come and that's if you are lucky . Else you can only contact them via the chat on their website .The phone line is not answered ever . Lots of promises will be made on the chat but nothing really materialises , even after a long time . IF YOU ARE IN THE SAME BOAT LIKE ME ALREADY , MAY I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT CGSO @ *** PLEASE .This is to protect other unwary consumers that in the current time (of the pandemic ) are using online shopping services .
