Mr Shopper review

I placed an order on the 25th November 2020 and today is the 29th December 2020 and im still waiting on them to deliver i have tried numerous times to contact them only to be ignored and not responded to i have contacted then on their message board still wainting on a reply i have send them emails still waiting on a reply i have called the via telephone even if ur 3rd inline on the call they still done pick up i waited almost an hour and still got to talk with no one they the worse online shop i have ever dealt with and if i track my parcel it says its out for delivery since 4th December but still nothing got delivered.
