Mr Shopper refunded me after complaining but I did not ask a refund

Mr Shopper delivered, the wrong color product. After I called in to complain they told me a driver was going to come and exchange it for the color I wanted. Their driver came to collect the product and told me that one of their drivers was going to bring the the right color, only to receive a notification from my bank saying that I had been refunded. I did not ask for a refund
