MR SHOPPER - REFUND ME MY MONEY

I placed an order for a fridge on 27.11.2020, until today I have not received my order. I was given 3 different delivery dates but they did not deliver on any of them. On 22.01.2021 I requested a refund for my money, I have not received it even now. I was told on 08.02.2021 that it will be effected on 09.02.2021. When I followed up today, I was told to wait unti 16.02.2021 as they do not have the money
