Mr Shopper PS4 Preoder Bundle

Ordered a PS4 on 8 September. According to Mr Shopper this was due to be delivered on 30 September 2020. Today is 23 November and I'm still waiting. Requested for a refund on Monday 16 November if they can't deliver the product and I'm still waiting. I have made more than 10 follow up phone calls with empty promises. This is insane!
