Mr Shopper poor service!

HELP!!!!!

I placed an order on the 16th January 2021 for a Defy 8kg Front Loader washing machine and was promised delivery on the 25th January 2021. After not receiving my order I was sent an email promising delivery on the 6th February. Till this day, I still have not received anything and no response to emails being sent to them!

How can I get a refund because I’m frustrated and can’t wait any longer!!!
