Mr Shopper poor service

I order cement online from Mr Shopper on 18 November 2020. The transaction was completed through Payfast. I received the invoice and delivery date of Monday 23 November 2020.

Since then I have tried to phone them but the lines are always busy. They also do not respond to the numerous I emails I have sent.

I have already bought cement from other supplier. I want a refund from Mr Shopper asap.
