Mr Shopper poor service

I am honestly so tired of messaging them and getting no reply. I placed my order on 10 December 2020 and are yet to receive it. The delivery date given was 23 December and still nothing. Its been 19 days since I first placed my order and when I go to track my order it shows processing. They don't reply or even pick up when I call.
