Mr Shopper & Pelican Express

I cannot even give this company a rating. I ordered on the 26th of November with a delivery date of 4 December. Despite numerous attempts at calls that do not get answered and emails that are not responded to I still have not received my parcel. I am just very sad that I have to disappoint my daughter as the delivery I am waiting for was her Christmas present. I feel sad that the company feels they have the right to comfortably take funds from customers in today's really tough economic times for things as special as childrens christmas gifts. Coupled with that is the delivery company Pelican Express who has associated themselves with Mr Shopper who gave me a tracking number that cannot be tracked, calls that can not be answered as their mail box is full and emails that are not answered.
