Mr Shopper - Pathetic Service!

What pathetic service.

We ordered cement from them in Nov 2020 of which there was a 3 weeks writing period / backlog after 4 weeks we contacted them to find out where our order is only for them to advise us the cannot assist us with stock at the money - which lead to a headache for us as so many placed did not have stock. They requested banking details 02/12/2020 in order to refund us close to R18 000 order.

ever since my husband has been trying to contact them but you wait on the line with the operated and when you do speak do someone there's not assistance as it seems like no know what's going on - last week Thursday he was advised that the refund request is ready to be submitted for payment at their finance department - no refund as yet and as I'm typing his is currently on his 3/4th call to them waiting for an operated.

We want our money - this is urgent!
