MR SHOPPER OR MORE LIKE MR *******

I made an online purchase from this **** of a store on the 10th of December 2020 and i have not recieved my parcel they took R350 from me and have not delievered i recieved two communications fro LEBOGANG MAMOGA one saying sorry for the delay your order will be delivered 14-01-2021 that day came and went . I had to send another email of which LEBOGANG MAMOGA rudely responded and said it will come tomorrow or monday , I have yet to receive this order
