Mr Shopper not responding to my emails

I placed an order on Mr Shopper online store, a few days later I was contacted by one of their agents telling me that my delivery will be delayed they told me I will receive a notification updating me on the new delivery date. I have not heard from them and it is difficult for me to get hold on them. I send an email asking about my order yesterday I have not heard from them yet. I just want to know how my order is going. They already told me I could get a refund if I do not want to wait. If they do not respond by the end of the day i think it is best they process a refund for me.
