Mr. Shopper - Not GOOD!

I have placed an order with Mr Shopper on the 7th October 2020. They rep**** that my items will be delivered within a few days. By December they contacted me to say they are still waiting for the supplier. Then I received an email saying they will deliver on the 11 Jan. They just disappeared from earth!!! This is now February - 4 MONTHS LATER, and after 10 support tickets online, emails, calls - Still no reply from them. I have asked for a refund due to the fact that I had to get these items from another supplier. Next step is to open a ***** case.
