Mr shopper not delivering and doesn't respond.

I am waiting on my Dishwasher from 28 November 2020. First it should have been delivered on the 8th on December 2020, then 12 December 2020 an then they phoned and said no later than 21 December 2020. It is now 22 December and still no dishwasher. I have sent an email. I have phoned them using a lot of my time and airtime and not even answering.
