Mr Shopper non delivery after 3 months, for a R3,000 purchase

I Ordered and paid for a R3,000 product approximately 3 months ago. Other than the order confimation and invoice, there has been no communication from Mr Shopper and no response to the many emails I have sent following up, only an automated response. The contact numbers on the website eventually go to a voicemail where you can leave a message, but no-one answers the calls. Disgusting!

Either Mr Shopper just a complete sham, or maybe the business is insolvent?

Still waiting for my delivery with no response!
