Mr Shopper- No Show

I placed an order at Mr Shopper on the 12th of December 2020. They promised to deliver on the 25th of December, which sounded a bit wierd for me, since it is Christmas Day. Nevertheless, it is the 9th of February, and I haven't received anything yet. I requested a refund. I have not received a refund or the product. There is no way to get a hold of this companie's personnel, except for an automated reply on mails. They have a notice on their website's home page about the orders being delayed because if some promotion they ran. I think this is ridiculous. They are very quick to confirm your order and take your money, but then there is a no show from their side. I would like to warn other customers of Mr Shopper. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am very disappointed and still without a washing machine, as I used the money I would have spent at another supplier. It is almost two months and according to so many other bad reviews I can't help to think that I have been ****** like many others.
