Mr. Shopper No Service, no Delivery, No Refund- pathetic

I have never experienced such a pathetic company like Mr. Shopper. I purchased some goods on 27 November. After a huge struggle I was informed that my order was damaged in transit and they will refund me. Its now more than a month and NO REFUND was done yet. Do not even waste your time to try and phone them, they just don't answer the phone. I will never order from them again!!
