Mr Shopper no delivery received after multiple delivery given by them

I feel ****med. Placed an order with Mr Shopper online on 28 November 2020. Everything looked legit and secure, made payment of R2729.50. I received an email with my delivery date and confirmation for 15 December and nothing came. I made contact with them and eventually after about a week they responded with an updated delivery date. This too did not materialise and i made contact again. This continued 5 times. Where they would give my an updated delivery time. The last delivery time was supposed to be 22 February and i am still waiting. I dont know what to do anymore. I have contacted them on WhatsApp and they dont respond. Have phoned them multiple times...the phone rings and even tells you how far you are in the cue to speak with a consultant. When you get to number 1 the phone rings and then it says the person with ext *** is not available at this time. Every single time i phone i get this. This is not acceptable!
