Mr Shopper, no delivery, no update, no response to calls or emails.
I ordered a trampoline in 15 Dec 2020 and chose a delivery of 24 December 2020. Until today, no delivery. I called countless times no answer. I sent an email to enquire and theres no update. I see now delivery date is changed to 18 Jan 2021 and quite frankly I don't want it anymore. I would like my refund ASAP.

02 Feb 2021, 05:36I requested a refund of my money on the 19th of January 2021 and it's now 2 February the money is not in my account. I was told on 20 January that refund will take 2-5 days and now story has changed to 5 to 10 days. It's been 12 days now and I still don't have my refund.
This has to be the worst business I have ever tried to support and I will never buy anything from this shop or reccomnded it. Right now it's just a **** that took my money and I'm fighting to get it back.
