Mr Shopper, more like Mr Chopper
I ordered a few grocery items like tea and coffee on the 4th of November 2020. I received an email detailing my order and payment (which was made via credit card) and a delivery date in June 2020. I waited 2 weeks for the company to pick up on the error and contact me. This did not happen. O emailed them back to complain and have received neither feedback, nor a product nor my money back.

We have a number of support tickets that we are attending to and sometimes if you struggle to get through our call centre we recommend to leave message on our website chat system.
