MR SHOPPER MONEY MAKING THROUGH CUSTOMERS

I ordered a fridge in Nov 2020 and given a date of delivery the 22 Dec. I called on the 20th Dec to check what time they will deliver because online my order was still on "processing". It was not delivered on the set date when I call the following day no one answering the landline and the cellphone, I sent several WhatsApp and chat messages with no response. Then I changed the date to 5 Jan and Leandra said they will only deliver on the 8th. then the delivery was not honoured I called on the 9th Jan and I was told that I can come and collect it in PTA they will refund the delivery fee. I refused to collect then I was given the 16th and it was not honoured too. I then call on the 18th I was told that the DEFY FREEZER 210L is not found in SA they are waiting for it from overseas they will advise when it arrives. That's when I realised that this is a **** I will lose my money too I requested my money back. I went to their office in Midrand for my refund and they don't allow you to get in but at least they answer their calls and I got my refund the same day. Mr Shopper is not a reliable company I am not recommending it to anyone. I doubt that the positive reviews are not real but made up by them.
