Mr Shopper might be a clever ****.

I think this is a ****. Before I decided to place an order with them, I went through reviews and had a look at their website and all looked good. I ordered a printer (order #43922) on 2020/12/08. The first delivery date was 2020/12/22 and the second delivery date was 2021/01/05, but both were missed. Then suddenly more reviews appear like mine. They have 3 different email addresses, two phone numbers, and a chat link on their website but you cant get hold of anyone and they simply don't reply or get back to you. So, in my opinion, Mr. Shopper is a very clever ****. I even got a cell number from Google so I phoned it on 2020/12/29 and after 4 attempts they answered, moving the delivery date to 2021/01/05. But now they simply don't answer cell numbers anymore. All communication is ignored. All I want to do is to cancel my order and get my R2131.67 back and shop at a trusted site like Loot or Takealot where I never had a problem.
