MR SHOPPER - MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON!

It is ridiculous that on line suppliers can get away with how they treat their customers! I purchased a pool on the 7th Jan 2021, today, 28th Jan 2021, I am still waiting for delivery that should have taken place 10 days ago! No reply to emails, no reply to on line queries and calls are never answered! Surely after all the BAD reviews, they should have gotten their act together! I am not leaving it here, there are Consumer laws against this kind of thing! Ecommerce even more so!
