Mr Shopper looks like *****!
Placed my order 25th November, Mr Shopper took payment of my credit card on 26th. Delivery scheduled for 4th December. No delivery, tracking on website now indicates order cancelled. No feedback or alerts on email. Call center does not respond, just rings and goes to voicemail. No refund provided either. Order no 41513. I agree with the sentiment of other reviews of Mr Shopper, that they are a ****

09 Dec 2020, 18:22Mr Shopper is a ****! I have once again phoned the call center with the calls going unanswered. I have left messages and used the "contact us" feature from their website. No responses whatsoever. Further, my order reflects that the order is cancelled. After they have taken payment. No refund at all, even though my order is cancelled. You need to refund me asap as you have indicated my order is cancelled. Order number 41513.
I find it strange that Mr Shopper only replies to some selected complaints that is on this site, and not all. Definately a ****!
